Crunchy potato wedges
Ingredients/Components
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- medium baking potatoes - 4 item
- tsp pepper - 1/2 item
- c grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 item
- Tbsp butter - 2 item
- tsp dried parsley flakes - 1 item
- dashes garlic powder - 3 item
How to make crunchy potato wedges:
Combine seasonings in a shallow dish. Place butter in glass mixing bowl; microwave one minute until melted. Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise into three wedges. Dip in butter and then in cheese mixture. Place cut-side up in baking dish. Cover with wax paper.
