  • medium baking potatoes - 4 item
  • tsp pepper - 1/2 item
  • c grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 item
  • Tbsp butter - 2 item
  • tsp dried parsley flakes - 1 item
  • dashes garlic powder - 3 item

How to make crunchy potato wedges:

Combine seasonings in a shallow dish. Place butter in glass mixing bowl; microwave one minute until melted. Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise into three wedges. Dip in butter and then in cheese mixture. Place cut-side up in baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on High power for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
