- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water
- whole cranberry sauce - 1 c
- finely chopped apples and celery - 1 c
How to make crunchy cranberry salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan, approximately 12 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Side dish, Berries.
