  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • cider vinegar
  • diced green pepper - 1/4 c
  • Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded cabbage - 3/4 c
  • chopped carrot - 1/2 c
  • ground white pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded red cabbage - 3/4 c

How to make crunchy coleslaw:

Dressing:3 Tbsp. cider vinegar1 Tbsp. vegetable oil2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. ground white pepper Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over cabbage, carrot and green pepper. Toss until blended.
