Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar
- diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cabbage - 3/4 c
- chopped carrot - 1/2 c
- ground white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded red cabbage - 3/4 c
How to make crunchy coleslaw:
Dressing:3 Tbsp. cider vinegar1 Tbsp. vegetable oil2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard1/8 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. ground white pepper Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over cabbage, carrot and green pepper. Toss until blended.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
