Crunchy chicken casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• lemon juice
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
• thinly sliced celery - 2 c
• grated onion - 2 Tbsp
• crushed potato chips - 1 c
• cubed cooked chicken breast preferred - 2 c

How to make crunchy chicken casserole:

Combine all the ingredients except the cheese and potato chips in a large bowl. Pile lightly into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake in a 450° oven for 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Dish should be crunchy.
