Crunchy chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- thinly sliced celery - 2 c
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- cubed cooked chicken breast preferred - 2 c
How to make crunchy chicken casserole:
Combine all the ingredients except the cheese and potato chips in a large bowl. Pile lightly into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake in a 450° oven for 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Dish should be crunchy.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
