Crunchy baked fish fillets
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 3
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- perch or other fish fresh or frozen - 2 lb
- potato chips make 1 1/2 c - 4 c
- fine herbs, blended - 1/2 tsp
How to make crunchy baked fish fillets:
Thaw frozen fish. Combine melted butter or margarine, garlic and herbs. Arrange fillets, skin side up, in a shallow 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking dish. Brush with butter mixture and 1/2 of the crumbs. Turn fillets and repeat process with remaining butter mixture and crumbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
