- pkg - 12 oz
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- saltine crackers - 43 item
How to make crunch bars:
Preheat oven to 400°. Line 10 x 15 x 1-inch pan with foil. Arrange saltines in pan. In saucepan melt butter and brown sugar. Heat to boiling; boil for 3 minutes. Pour evenly over crackers. Bake about 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top; spread evenly. Cool. Refrigerate 1 hour. Break into pieces.
