Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- finely chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- whipped topping - 1 item
- single graham cracker squares, crushed - 11 item
How to make crumb pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl combine crumbs, coconut, nuts, baking powder and salt. In a larger bowl beat egg whites until they stand in peaks. Fold in sugar with a wooden spoon, then fold in crumb mix. Spoon into a greased pie pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
