Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- fine graham cracker, chocolate wafer or gingersnap crumbs
How to make crumb crust:
Combine crumbs and sugar. Mix in butter. Press firmly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. For unbaked crumb crust, chill 1 hour before filling. For baked crumb crust, bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Cool thoroughly before filling. For ease in seRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
