Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- butter, soft - 1/2 c
How to make crumb cake:
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Remove 1 cup of mixture and combine with cinnamon and pecans; set aside. To remaining crumb mixture add milk and baking powder. Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle crumb topping over batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
