Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chicken broth - 3 to
- margarine, melted - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 8 oz
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- celery - 2 c
- dry bread crumbs croutons - 12 c
- salt and sage
How to make crock-pot stuffing:
Mix butter, onion and celery and saute. Add mushrooms, spices and broth. Add some of the hot liquid to egg while stirring, then add to broth. Mix hot liquid into bread crumbs.
