Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 5 lb
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- onions - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- beaten egg whites - 2 item
How to make crock pot potatoes:
Peel and quarter the potatoes and boil until soft. Mash them and add cream cheese, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and egg whites. Place in a crock pot or a casserole dish. The potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days at this point.To reheat in a crock pot: turn on low up to two and a half hours before serving. Don't let the potatoes overheat.
To reheat in a casserole dish: place in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
