Ingredients/Components

  • potatoes - 5 lb
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • onions - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • beaten egg whites - 2 item

How to make crock pot potatoes:

Peel and quarter the potatoes and boil until soft. Mash them and add cream cheese, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and egg whites. Place in a crock pot or a casserole dish. The potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days at this point.

To reheat in a crock pot: turn on low up to two and a half hours before serving. Don't let the potatoes overheat.

To reheat in a casserole dish: place in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
