Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- potatoes, diced - 6 item
- beef broth - 1/2 c
- stew meat, cubed - 2 lb
- Kitchen Bouquet optional - 2 tsp
How to make crock-pot beef stew:
Place meat in crock-pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper; pour over meat and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
