  • flour - 1/4 c
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • carrots, sliced - 4 item
  • stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
  • potatoes, diced - 6 item
  • beef broth - 1/2 c
  • stew meat, cubed - 2 lb
  • Kitchen Bouquet optional - 2 tsp

How to make crock-pot beef stew:

Place meat in crock-pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper; pour over meat and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
