Crispy oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
• margarine, softened - 1/2 c
• Vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
• corn flakes cereal
• frozen egg substitute, thawed - 1/2 c
• quick-cooking oats, uncooked

How to make crispy oatmeal cookies:

Cream margarine, gradually add sugars, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg substitute and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour and next 2 ingredients, stirring well. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats and cereal. Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
