Crispy oatmeal cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- Vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
- corn flakes cereal
- frozen egg substitute, thawed - 1/2 c
- quick-cooking oats, uncooked
How to make crispy oatmeal cookies:
Cream margarine, gradually add sugars, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg substitute and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour and next 2 ingredients, stirring well. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats and cereal.
