Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • crisp rice cereal
  • ground nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • ground mustard - 1/2 tsp

How to make crispy meatballs:

In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls and place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Yiel
