Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- crisp rice cereal
- ground nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- ground mustard - 1/2 tsp
How to make crispy meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls and place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish.
