- salt - 1/8 tsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- fresh parsley sprigs optional - 1 item
- uncooked oats regular - 1/2 c
How to make crispy chicken drumsticks:
Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover and process until mixture resembles coarse meal. Brush chicken with honey (lightly); dredge in oat mixture. Place drumsticks on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Turn drumsticks and bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden. Yield: 4 servings (240 calories per serving).Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken thigh & leg.
