- corn meal - 1 c
- catfish fillet - 2 lb
How to make crispy catfish:
Clean and wash fish; have damp. Place meal in a bag. Add the seasonings to suit your taste. Shake bag to mix seasonings and corn meal. Add fillets to bag, a few at a time. Shake bag to coat well.
