Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- popped corn - 7 qt
How to make crispy caramel corn:
Boil together brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir evenly every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, North american.
