- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cornflake crumbs - 1/3 c
- fish fillet haddock, orange roughy - 1 lb
- dash of freshly ground pepper - 1 item
How to make crispy baked fish fillets:
Preheat oven to 500°. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
