Crispy baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- cup cornflake crumbs - 1 item
- pepper, or to taste - 1/4 tsp
- , cut up, skin removed - 1 chicken
- cup skim or low fat milk - 1 item
How to make crispy baked chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°.Season chicken pieces with pepper and paprika. Dip in milk and roll in crumbs. Place in lightly oiled baking dish. Be sure that pieces don't touch. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. Makes four servings.
