Crisp cucumber salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • dill - 4 Tbsp
  • large cucumbers - 4 item

How to make crisp cucumber salad:

Peel cucumbers, leaving some skin for color. Slice cucumbers thin. In a deep bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add cucumber slices and cover. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Drain to serve.
