- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 3 c
- Crisco
- lemon flavoring - 2 tsp
How to make crisco pound cake:
Cream Crisco and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with milk. Beat well. Add flavorings. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
