  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • cooked chicken - 2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped chives - 1 Tbsp
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • can refrigerated crescent dough - 1 item
  • Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles

How to make crescent chicken:

Mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforated sides together to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture along center of dough in log shape. Fold sides over center, then ends. Use fork to press and seal ends. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Each 8 ounce can of Pillsbury crescent rolls makes 4.Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup1 c. sour cream1/4 c. milk Heat together soup, sour cream and milk. Serve with crescents.

Note: May make the day before. Refrigerate overnight and bake just before serving.
