Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make crepes:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. For each crepe, butter an 8-inch skillet; heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom of pan.
