Creole shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1 item
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small can tomato sauce - 1/2 item
How to make creole shrimp:
Place oil in heavy iron pot. Saute onion and garlic for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes more. Add shrimp and cook for a final 10 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
