  • tablespoons butter or bacon fat - 2 item
  • tablespoons chopped onion - 2 item
  • tablespoons chopped green pepper - 4 item
  • tablespoons flour - 2 item
  • cups tomatoes - 2 item
  • bay leaf, crushed - 1 item
  • cup sliced stuffed olives - 3/4 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make creole sauce:

Melt butter, add onion and green pepper, and blend in the flour. Gradually stir in tomatoes and bay leaf. Cook until it thickens. Add olives.
