Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- canola oil - 2 Tbsp
- canned tomatoes
- pimento, chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make creole sauce:
Brown onion and pepper in the canola oil. Add the tomatoes, pimento, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
