Ingredients/Components
- flour
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- cooked green beans - 2 c
- unsalted tomato juice - 3/4 c
How to make creole green beans:
Cook onion and green pepper in fat until onion is yellow. Blend in flour, add tomato juice gradually and cook for 5 minutes. Add beans and heat thoroughly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Beans.
