Ingredients/Components
- tsp salt - 1/8 item
- tsp garlic powder - 1/8 item
- tomato, peeled and chopped - 1 item
- tsp olive oil - 2 item
- tsp onion powder - 1/2 item
- Dash black pepper - 1 item
- can 8 oz tomato sauce - 1 item
- C chopped celery - 1/3 item
- C chopped green pepper - 1/3 item
- tsp brown sugar - 2 item
- Tbsp catsup - 1 item
- can 4 oz mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 item
- pkg 10 oz frozen whole kernel corn, defrosted, OR 1 can 12-16 oz drained - 1 item
How to make creole corn:
In 1 1/2 qt. casserole, combine celery, green pepper and oil. Cover. Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until tender.Stir in corn and remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave at High 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once. Serves 6-8.
