Creole bread pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
How to make creole bread pudding:
Combine bread cubes in milk; set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and margarine. Pour over bread and milk. Add raisins and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Place dish in a pan of hot water.
