Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- creme de menthe - 1/4 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 7 oz
- Oreo cookies - 24 item
How to make creme de menthe pie:
Place cookies in 2 large Baggies. Tie tightly and crush with rolling pin. Mix cookies with butter and press into a large, flat Pyrex baking dish. Put aside a handful to sprinkle on top.Whip the cream; set aside. Whip the Marshmallow Creme and creme de menthe together. Fold into whipped cream. Pour into dish. Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze. Cut in small squares to serve. Remove 5 minutes ahead of time. Serves 6 to 8. Easy. Must do ahead. Must freeze.
Preparation time: 15 minutes. Freezing time: 3 hours.
