Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- creme de menthe - 1/3 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- cube oleo - 1 item
- pistachio pudding instant - 1 pkg
- almond flavoring or one of your choice - 1/2 tsp
How to make creme de menthe cake:
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl; beat for 20 minutes at medium speed. Pour cake into ungreased tube pan. Put into a cold oven, turn heat on to 350° and bake for 1 hour.
