  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 6 oz
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • creme de menthe - 1/3 c
  • sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • cube oleo - 1 item
  • pistachio pudding instant - 1 pkg
  • almond flavoring or one of your choice - 1/2 tsp

How to make creme de menthe cake:

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl; beat for 20 minutes at medium speed. Pour cake into ungreased tube pan. Put into a cold oven, turn heat on to 350° and bake for 1 hour. Do not open door during baking. Test doneness. Cool in pan. This cake freezes well.
