Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- flour
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 Tbsp
- bitter chocolate - 4 sq
- green creme de menthe - 2 Tbsp
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
How to make creme de menthe brownies:
Melt chocolate and margarine together and let cool. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla and flour. Beat well. Add 1/3 cup chopped nuts if desired. Bake in greased 10 x 15-inch pan for 25 minutes at 325°. Test doneness with toothpick.Topping:1/2 c. margarine2 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding2 Tbsp. green creme de menthe1 Tbsp. milk2 c. powdered sugar Cream margarine while beating in pudding, creme de menthe, milk and powdered sugar.
