  • semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • creme de menthe
  • beaten eggs - 4 item

How to make creme de menthe bars:

Topping:1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels6 tsp. butter Combine first 6 ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350°. Beat together confectioners sugar, butter and creme de menthe liqueur. Spread on cool cake.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate morsels and butter. Allow to cool slightly. Spread on top of creme de menthe mixture.
