  • half and half - 1/2 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • tarragon vinegar - 5 Tbsp

How to make creamy vinaigrette salad dressing:

Combine all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well. Refrigerate.
