Creamy tarragon chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- white wine - 1/2 c
- boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
- tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- milk/cream - 1/2 c
How to make creamy tarragon chicken:
Brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken. Blend soup, tarragon, water and wine. Return chicken to pan. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes. Remove chicken to platter and keep warm. Stir together flour and cream (or milk) and add to liquid in pan. Simmer until thickened. Pour about 1/2 cup over chicken.
