  • can Rotel tomatoes - 1 item
  • lb Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 item
  • pint sour cream - 1 item
  • lbs ground chuck - 2 item
  • brick chili - 1 item

How to make creamy tacos:

Brown meat and onion. Add everything except sour cream. Heat until cheese melts. Add sour cream. Serve over chips; top with lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, green onions, black olives, etc.
