Creamy rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- uncooked rice brown or white, not instant - 1/2 c
How to make creamy rice pudding:
Combine all ingredients, except raisins, in the top of the double boiler. Cook, covered, for 30 minutes, or until rice is tender and milk is almost absorbed, still stirring often.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Egg.
