Creamy red potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium size red potatoes - 8 item
- yellow onions - 2 item
- small container cream - 1 item
- olive oil 1 sprinkle
How to make creamy red potatoes:
Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick slices or thinner. Slice onions. Chop or press garlic. Brown potato slices in a skillet with a little olive oil until lightly browned on both sides. Add in onions. Add in garlic. Simmer until onions and garlic have loosened. Slowly add cream, allowing cream to heat as added. Cover skillet.
