Creamy potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- instant mashed potato puffs dry
How to make creamy potato soup:
Heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding. Stir in potato puffs; continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly. (Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.) If desired, garnish each serving with paprika and parsley. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ham.
