salt
vinegar - 2 tsp
prepared mustard - 2 tsp
mayonnaise
thinly sliced celery - 1 c
medium potatoes - 6 item
finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
celery seed - 2 tsp
hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped - 2 item
chopped sweet pickles can use cubes - 1/3 c

How to make creamy potato salad:

Cook potatoes until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Peel when cool and dice. Add ingredients and mix lightly. Carefully fold in chopped eggs. Cover and chill.
