Creamy potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise
- thinly sliced celery - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped - 2 item
- chopped sweet pickles can use cubes - 1/3 c
How to make creamy potato salad:
Cook potatoes until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Peel when cool and dice. Add ingredients and mix lightly. Carefully fold in chopped eggs. Cover and chill.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
