Creamy potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- soft butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- instant mashed potato flakes for 8 servings
How to make creamy potato casserole:
Grease a 1-quart casserole. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed, except omit butter and milk. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, milk, butter, egg and onion on low speed. Stir in potato mixture. Stir in grated cheese. Pour into prepared casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
