Ingredients/Components

  • pepper - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • heavy whipping cream - 1 pt
  • large baking potatoes - 6 item
  • shredded sharp cheese
  • stick butter, cut in bits - 1/2 item

How to make creamy potato casserole:

Bake or boil potatoes until just tender. Peel and shred into large bowl. Toss with cheese, salt and pepper. Put in greased 2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Pour cream over. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lightly browned and bubbly. Delicious!
