Creamy potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- heavy whipping cream - 1 pt
- large baking potatoes - 6 item
- shredded sharp cheese
- stick butter, cut in bits - 1/2 item
How to make creamy potato casserole:
Bake or boil potatoes until just tender. Peel and shred into large bowl. Toss with cheese, salt and pepper. Put in greased 2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Pour cream over. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lightly browned and bubbly. Delicious!Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
