Creamy parmesan broccoli
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/4 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- pine nuts or chopped walnuts, toasted* - 1/4 c
How to make creamy parmesan broccoli:
To toast pine nuts, spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 3 to 6 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally. Heat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Place in ungreased 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish orRecipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Broccoli.
