Creamy mashed potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 1/2
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- hot mashed potatoes - 3 c
- onion powder if desired - 1 tsp
How to make creamy mashed potato bake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder in large bowl; mix well. Spoon half the mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French fried onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes until hot. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 minutes until onions are golden.
