- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- ReaLemon lemon juice - 1/2 c
- few drops yellow food coloring optional - 1 item
- pakaged graham cracker pie crust - 1 (6
- whipped topping or whipped cream - 1 item
How to make creamy lemon pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. In medium mixing bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and food coloring, if desired. Pour into crust; bake 8 minutes. Cool. Chill thoroughly.
