  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • heavy cream - 1/4 c
  • cider vinegar - 1/4 c
  • salad greens - 1 item
  • large garlic clove, minced - 1 item

How to make creamy garlic dressing:

In a small bowl, combine oil, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar, salt and garlic until smooth. Chill. Serve over salad greens. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
