- whipping cream - 2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- fresh corn kernels, or frozen whole-kernel corn or canned corn, drained - 6 c

How to make creamy corn pudding:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Whisk together eggs, whipping cream and butter until smooth; stir in corn and chiles. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until deep golden and set. Let pudding stand for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
