Creamy coleslaw

Ingredients/Components

• small green cabbage, cut into 1-inch slices - 1 item
• green pepper, cut up - 1/2 item
• mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/2 c
• dairy sour cream - 1/4 c
• lemon juice - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
• dash of pepper - 1 item

How to make creamy coleslaw:

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over chopped cabbage and green pepper; mix thoroughly. Chill.
