Creamy coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- sour cream regular or fat-free - 1/2 c
How to make creamy coleslaw:
Chill cabbage thoroughly. Shred fine. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage. Mix lightly. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 6 servings. (I usually double the recipe as people go for seconds.)Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
