Creamy chicken soup
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can milk - 1 item
- chicken breasts, cooked and cut in chunks reserve broth - 3 item
- can Ro-Tel hot or mild, your choice - 1 item
How to make creamy chicken soup:
Boil chicken breasts in pot until cooked. Reserve broth. Cut into bite-size pieces.In large pot, add chicken, corn, cream of chicken soup, milk, Ro-Tel, salt and pepper and butter. If soup is too thick, you can add a little chicken broth to desired consistency. Stir well and heat thoroughly.
